Questions, answered

The things resellers usually ask.

Payments, ownership, chargebacks, trials, shipping and compliance — the honest answers, in one place.

Will paying in crypto put my customers off?

Most won't blink — and for first-timers there's a built-in "buy with card" helper that walks them through buying and sending crypto (CoinSpot / MoonPay). Just as importantly, you lose zero customers to the processor bans and account freezes that plague this niche.

Can international customers pay by card?

Yes. For stores selling outside the UK, we can add a checkout rail that lets international shoppers pay by card or the local payment methods they already use — localised so overseas buyers aren't turned away. It runs alongside your crypto, bank transfer and PayPal options; you decide which rails each store offers.

Do I have to sell in crypto only?

No. Crypto is the default because it's the one rail nobody can freeze — but you're not locked to it. A build can offer bank transfer and PayPal alongside it (both auto-reconciled via the Monzo, Revolut and PayPal APIs), plus a card-to-crypto on-ramp for buyers who don't hold crypto. And if you sell to customers outside the UK, we can add card and local payment methods for international shoppers so overseas buyers pay their usual way — while your settlement stays on the rails no processor can freeze.

Do I need to be technical to run it?

No. Products, prices, pages, promotions and payment settings are all edited from a visual admin panel — no code. I handle the build and any code-level changes you need later.

Who holds the money?

You do. Payments go straight to crypto wallets you control — it's fully non-custodial. I never touch your funds, and there's no processor or platform sitting in the middle able to freeze them.

Can you get into my store after it's live?

Not on my own. Support access is consent-gated: I request it, you approve that specific request by email, and it opens a short window that expires by itself. You never share your passcode, every action is written to an audit log, and you can revoke the connection entirely — at which point the tooling has no way back in. It exists so I can fix something quickly without you handing over credentials.

What about refunds and chargebacks?

Crypto settlement is final, so there are no chargebacks or surprise clawbacks. If you choose to refund a customer, you send it manually, on your own terms.

Can I use my own brand and products?

Yes — your name, logo, colours, copy, catalogue and imagery are all part of the bespoke build. Nothing is locked to the demo you're looking at; the layout and features are shaped around how you actually sell.

What happens when my trial ends?

Your trial store stays live for the agreed period, and we email you before it's up. If it lapses, nothing is deleted — the store is paused and everything you've built (products, branding, orders) is kept safe for 30 days, so you can pick up right where you left off. Decide to go ahead and it becomes your real store — same instance, no rebuilding. We always email you before anything is removed.

How does the Telegram bot trial work, and what do I need?

You get your own Telegram order bot — your products in a Mini-App shopfront, crypto (and optional bank/PayPal) checkout, and an admin panel to run it — live in minutes, in test mode so you can order end-to-end without spending anything. All you need is a bot @username (we can mint one for you, or you create it in @BotFather in about 30 seconds) and your Telegram chat id so order alerts and your admin login reach you. We email you a one-click link into your admin and the bot to open in Telegram. Like it? The same bot becomes your live one — nothing to rebuild.

Which couriers and countries does it support?

Shipping runs through a shipping platform that prints labels and pushes tracking across many carriers, so you keep your own courier accounts and rates. Popular, easy-to-wire options by region: Starshipit (Australia & NZ), Sendcloud (Europe & UK), Shippo or EasyPost (US & global), ShipStation (US / UK / AU). I wire your chosen one in during the build — you just open an account with it.

Is selling this way legal?

The platform ships with research-use-only framing, product COAs and age/eligibility gates so responsible presentation is the default. You remain responsible for compliance in your own market — I build the tools; you set the policy. (This isn't legal advice.)

How long does it take to launch?

Usually days, not months. It's a proven, hardened base, so most of the work is branding, content and wiring to your accounts — not building a shop from scratch.

What are the ongoing costs, and do I own it?

You own the code and the domain outright. Hosting runs on Cloudflare (free or a few dollars a month at small scale); email and shipping use your own low-cost accounts. There's no monthly fee to me and no revenue share.
